Your Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business.

Conduct product demonstrations and guide clients through free trials.

Build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their business needs.

Manage a high volume of outbound calls and sales activities.

Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, conversions, and recurring revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Working Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00

Requirements

-
Native or fluent Czech

-
Fluent English

-
1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center

Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven environments

Must already reside in Spain

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
