The Mission:
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to take full ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem and transform patient and lead data into meaningful, actionable insights. This role goes far beyond executing campaigns — it’s focused on building the data infrastructure and reporting capabilities that empower our commercial and operations teams to make faster, smarter decisions.

The Role:
You will act as the main point of contact for CRM data quality, pipeline tracking,



and analytics across multiple markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, you’ll ensure HubSpot remains the single source of truth — delivering data that is accurate, up-to-date, and genuinely useful for decision-making.
• Own HubSpot administration — manage properties, objects, workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring across markets. Keep the system clean, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• Build and maintain reporting & dashboards — design dashboards that give leadership and regional teams real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, patient lifecycle, and revenue attribution
• Drive data quality — establish and enforce data governance standards. Audit, deduplicate, and enrich records. Build automated validation rules so bad data doesn’t enter the system in the first place
