About the Role
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations across the Group. In this role, you'll manage employee lifecycle administration, support payroll processes, maintain accurate employee records, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding across the Group
- Maintain accurate employee records in HiBob and internal HR systems
- Prepare employment contracts, NDAs, GDPR documentation, and equipment liability agreements
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including time-off reports and employee updates, for external payroll providers
- Review payroll reports and payslips, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and
