Role details and how to fit into the team
Join Deutsche Bank as a CRM / Marketing Automation Specialist and help shape customer engagement across digital channels. You will design,



implement and optimize data-driven communication journeys using leading marketing automation platforms, working closely with Marketing, Product, Technology and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities
• Design, execute and optimize customer communication campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and landing pages.
• Build, maintain and optimize automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign.
• Manage audience segmentation, data selection and campaign controls and campaign performance monitoring to ensure accurate and effective customer communications and achieve business KPIs.
• Develop SQL- and Python-based solutions to support automation, reporting, integrations and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all communications comply with GDPR requirements, consent-management rules and internal governance standards.

Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe
