Key Information

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday (24/7 operations)
Salary: Competitive salary package

Your Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer support in Arabic and English via multiple communication channels.




- Assist clients with advertising campaign-related inquiries and account support.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Support customers in optimizing their digital advertising experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records while meeting service quality standards.

Requirements

- Arabic: Native/C2 proficiency (Egyptian, Jordanian, or UAE dialects preferred).
- English: B2/C1 proficiency or higher.
- Experience in Paid Campaign Management is required.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing .
- Experience in a Contact Centre or supporting an Advertising Technology project is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising .
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
