About the job

The Brand Manager Maalox Iberia is responsible for driving the performance, growth and execution of the Maalox brand across Spain and Portugal. Working closely with local and regional stakeholders, you will deliver integrated marketing plans, support new product launches and ensure commercial excellence across all consumer and healthcare professional touchpoints.

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging consumer insights, market analysis and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand equity and achieve business objectives.

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, healthcare professional and media channels.

Drive the commercial performance of Maalox Iberia through effective brand planning, activation and performance monitoring.

Coordinate and support new product launches from planning through execution.

Develop promotional materials and manage approval processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and drive business recommendations.

Manage forecasting activities and contribute to demand planning with a strong focus on accuracy and business performance.

Build strong partnerships with teams across Sales, Trade & Shopper, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, agencies and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

About you

- At least 3 years of experience in Brand management,



developing and executing marketing strategies within Consumer Healthcare, OTC or FMCG environments.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor performance and translate insights into action.

- Proven project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable working with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and enterprise systems such as SAP.

- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese language skills would be an advantage.
