Your Responsibilities

As General Manager, you take full responsibility for the Motorworld Inn Restaurant – from impeccable service and creative cuisine to a seamless and inspiring hospitality experience. You manage all operational and business processes with a clear vision and a passion for excellence.

- Full responsibility for the Motorworld Inn restaurant, including operational management, team leadership, and guest satisfaction
- Organization and scheduling of the entire service team
- Leading, motivating,



and developing your staff – you are both mentor and hands-on leader
- Employee satisfaction matters to you – you create a positive working atmosphere and foster a strong team culture
- Management of all business-relevant KPIs – from cost control to optimizing workflows
- You are the main point of contact on-site – for both guests and your team
- Participation in regular meetings with upper management – your ideas are welcome, and your voice counts

Your Profile

- Passion for your profession and for working with people and high-quality products
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action – you actively manage revenue, costs, and quality
- Confident handling of business metrics (revenue, costs, food cost, staff planning, etc.)
- Strong leadership personality with clear communication and empathy
- Ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams in a structured way
- Strong awareness of quality and a strong sense of responsibility
- Motivation to contribute your own ideas and optimize processes
- Experience in day-to-day operations (e.g. service management, event coordination, guest relations)
- A true host mentality with natural warmth and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with modern POS systems and digital time tracking tools
- Understanding of quality and hygiene standards (HACCP, occupational safety, etc.)
- Flexibility and a talent for improvisation – because things don’t always go according to plan
- Fluent in English, Spanish and German
