Restaurant Nomi is a modern Japanese-Korean restaurant with locations in Amsterdam-Vijzelstraat & Leidseplein, Duiven, and Nieuwegein. We combine Chinese-Korean BBQ, sushi, Asian fusion dishes, and cocktails in a unique, welcoming environment where quality, experience, and teamwork take center stage.

To expand our kitchen team, we are looking for:

- 6x Independent working cook I – Nomi Amsterdam-Vijzelstraat Location
- 6x Independent working cook I – Nomi Leidseplein Location
- 6x Independent working cook I – Nomi Duiven Location
- 6x Independent working cook I – Nomi Nieuwegein Location

Each location is looking for 6 Independent working cook I.

What will you be doing? - ingredients are prepared in-house

- application of basic cooking techniques

- provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s).

What do we ask?

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

A competitive salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
