Maintenance Technician
We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to handle repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance across vacation rental properties, ensuring all units remain in excellent condition for guests and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repair work across properties
- Detect, troubleshoot, and repair water leaks and plumbing issues
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Handle urgent maintenance requests efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate with external contractors when required
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property maintenance or technical services
- Strong experience with water leak detection and plumbing repairs
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work
- Ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions




- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills

Pay: 1,500.00€ - 1,800.00€ per month
