Your Responsibilities
- Scheduling and organizing team members.
- Guiding, motivating, and leading staff.
- Monitoring and managing key performance indicators.
- Conducting regular pre-service briefings.
- Operational management of service processes.
- Being the on-site point of contact for our guests.
- Independent and accurate end-of-day accounting.
- Close collaboration with the kitchen crew.
- Participation in regular meetings with company leadership.
