Vacancy – Independent working cook I

Restaurant Ho Fa is a well-known Chinese specialty restaurant in Amstelveen, located on Van der Hooplaan. The restaurant is known for authentic Chinese dishes, including Cantonese and Szechuan specialties, dim sum, and classic Chinese-Indonesian cuisine.

The restaurant has an informal, collegial working atmosphere where quality, hygiene, and teamwork are central.

For our restaurant, we are looking for 2X Independent working cook I (full-time)

Responsibilities

- preparing ingredients independently

- application of basic cooking techniques

- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s).

Job requirements

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

What do we offer? Salary in accordance with the Hospitality CLA scale 5 / Job group V

Market-rate salary between €2,510 and €3,050 gross per month (depending on experience)

Salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA;

Meals during working hours
