In this role you will translate business needs into IT solutions and coordinate with multiple IT teams to deliver them. You will gather requirements, document processes, and support systems like SFC and ERP, including user training. You’ll participate in IT projects and help diagnose and resolve system issues. The position blends business analysis with SDLC awareness in a technology-enabled environment. This is a collaborative role that supports business partners and drives practical, user-centric IT outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in similar roles
• Strong customer service orientation
• Analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good xqbhyrx communication and documentation skills (flowcharting)
• Knowledge of SDLC concepts and practices
• Understanding of business processes in the supported area
• Basic to good coding skills in specified programming languages
• Understanding of interrelations between IT components (software, OS, databases, network, servers)
