In this role you design, build, test and implement resilient network solutions to support enterprise IT services. You act as a Tier 3/4 escalation point for critical network incidents and contribute to PoCs evaluating new technologies. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and alignment with architecture standards. Your work helps maintain reliable, scalable networks that enable Roche to deliver healthcare solutions globally. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Serve as a Tier 3/4 technical escalation point for critical network incidents, performance bottlenecks, and post-mortem root cause analyses.
• Design, validate, and test PoCs in lab environments to evaluate emerging network tools, protocols, and vendor solutions.
• Stakeholder management: communicate complex information and solutions to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive network diagrams,



topology specs, and runbooks to ensure operational readiness across teams.
• Ensure adherence to Quality/Regulatory standards and architectural strategy, policies, and direction.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and virtual colleagues across locations and cultures to achieve project goals. xqbhyrx
• Apply broad technical principles to networking tasks and maintain knowledge of related disciplines.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer
• Cisco CCNA/P certification is preferred
• Experience with large and complex data networks (LAN, DC/LAN, WAN, Wireless)
• Experience with external vendors
• Infrastructure automation experience, including automated provisioning of network devices
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools, IaC, scripting, logging, monitoring, and observability
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work flexible hours, on-call duties
