In this role you will lead the EHS team across the EMEA region to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for distributed wind operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups, customers, and third parties to provide expert EHS support and drive risk reduction in high-risk field projects. Your leadership will enable safe execution of maintenance and upgrade work across locations while aligning with GE Vernova’s Wind EHS strategy. You will shape the EHS program and contribute to building a unified Wind EHS organization.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a regional EHS team across EMEA
• Provide governance to ensure EHS compliance with management systems, programs, and standards for distributed operations
• Serve as EHS expert for regulatory and industry standards on projects across the region
• Partner with customers, external agencies, contractors,



and internal teams to foster collaboration
• Oversee EHS compliance for projects within EMEA and support the broader Wind EHS organization
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
• Certified Health and Safety professional
• Significant EHS experience overseeing EHS in projects or services, leading a team
• Proven achievements with safety programs, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Deep xqbhyrx domain expertise in high-risk operations (e.g., Electrical Safety/LOTO, crane safety, construction safety, fall prevention, confined space)
• Ability to organize, motivate, and drive cross-functional change
• Medical fitness and ability to work at height per standards
• Fluent English (oral and written)
