As Senior Marquee Talent Partner at Scopely, you will lead recruitment for our most strategic and hard-to-fill roles, partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy and secure top talent. You’ll build proactive pipelines, provide market intelligence, and elevate hiring quality to support long-term growth. You’ll influence decisions, mentor recruiters, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen employer brand and recruiting excellence. • Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, business-critical roles across multiple functions, studios, and game teams
• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies and drive decisions for high-impact roles
• Build proactive talent pipelines via sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping, and community engagement
• Provide talent intelligence and labor market insights to inform recruiting strategy

Responsabilidades
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment for executive, highly specialized, and business-critical roles
• Strong consultative skills with ability to influence hiring decisions and advise senior leaders
• Excellent judgment in talent assessment, xqbhyrx calibration of hiring decisions, and complex offer negotiations
• Expertise in developing sourcing strategies and building high-quality passive pipelines
• Strong understanding of talent markets, competitive recruiting trends, and candidate behavior
• Experience using recruiting metrics, pipeline analytics, and market insights to inform strategies
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for building inclusive teams and delivering an exceptional hiring experience
