As MEP Manager in Amazon GES International Design u0026amp; Construction, you lead the design, optimization and operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS across new builds, refurbishments and prototypes. You will align with Construction, Preconstruction, Sustainability and Worldwide Building Design teams to drive sustainability improvements, BIM adoption and asset documentation. The role blends construction engineering, planning, facilities and contract management with general travel, delivering scalable, efficient building systems for a growing European network.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Review and improve MEP and holistic design for templates, new builds and refurbishments
• Lead technical program and sustainability reviews to accelerate schedules and reduce costs
• Define and implement data collection strategies for Information Management on assets




• Collect feedback from developers, GCs, consultants and internal stakeholders
• Assist Preconstruction and Construction Managers during design reviews, procurement, value engineering and tender reviews
• Deep dive into technical details and lead issue resolution as needed
• Travel up to 50% while based in Spain, coordinating across multiple countries and cultures
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant xqbhyrx field
• Experience in project management, real estate development, architecture or design
• Experience in 3D CAD
• Education/degree in mechanical or electrical systems design
• Experience in leadership of development, testing and implementation of large-scale, complex technology projects
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Project and CAD software
• Experience with simulation and 3D modeling software
