In this role, you will own and operate the Aladdin Platform Management function to ensure secure, governed access and scalable platform operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Audit to deliver controlled change and risk-aware improvements. You’ll drive automation and AI-enabled process enhancements to create a transparent, efficient, and well-governed operating model. This position offers a integral, matrix environment with high-impact governance and portfolio setup activities.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own Aladdin user access and entitlement management in line with governance and segregation-of-duty requirements
• Manage port group administration ensuring correct setup and regulatory alignment
• Coordinate UACB-related activities and gather necessary stakeholder input
• Oversee technical and application accounts, including recertifications and remediation of gaps
• Act as coordination point between Operations, BlackRock/BRS, Technology, Compliance, Audit to resolve platform issues
• Strengthen governance, audit readiness, and control monitoring with clear ownership and documentation
• Identify and remediate operational risks and process inconsistencies with sustainable solutions
• Support global Aladdin portfolio setup activities and BRS relationship management
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and simplification of platform processes
Responsabilidades




• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in financial services, asset management, operations, technology, platform management, or related control function
• Strong knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin (user access, entitlement management, port groups, governance)
• Experience with access management, application controls, recertifications, segregation of duties, and audit evidence
• Understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, issue management, remediation tracking, governance standards
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver controlled change
• Analytical ability to diagnose complex platform/access/control issues and drive resolutions
• Comfort in a global, matrix environment with cross-region influence
• Experience in process improvement, workflow xqbhyrx design, automation, or digital tooling within operations
• Proficiency with Excel, data analysis, reporting, workflow tools; Power Automate, SQL, Python would be beneficial
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on operational efficiency and scalability
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and ensure ethical use of data and AI outputs
• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic, tried-and-tested solutions
