In this role you will own the end-to-end O2C and support the P2P cycle, acting as the core accounting expert for revenue processes. You will map, document, and harmonize processes across regions, and collaborate with FinOps, IT and regional HQ to ensure accurate financial reporting. You’ll build flowcharts, support audits, and shape the IT/ERP structure to enable solid Revenue Recognition and Revenue Assurance. This is a hands-on position at Glovo, focused on scalable, compliant financial systems.

• Own end-to-end OTC (Order-to-Cash) and support PtP from an accounting perspective
• Act as core accounting expert coordinating with FinOps
• Review and map process flows to identify gaps and drive integral harmonization
• Document O2C processes with detailed flowcharts for internal use
• Support annual financial audits for OTC and related cycles
• Assist Financial Systems with OTC process mapping and IT/ERP design




• Prepare and document Revenue Recognition in line with standards
• Prepare and execute Revenue Assurance documentation
• Collaborate with GL team to ensure timely month-end close
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Accounting or Audit for multinational companies with focus on O2C/Revenue cycle
• Hands-on experience in documenting financial processes, flowcharts, and controls
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15 / Revenue Recognition
• Experience collaborating with FinOps, IT, or Financial Systems teams
• Fluent in English xqbhyrx (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP is a strong plus
• Experience with ERP migration or systems mapping is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset for process improvement
