In this Senior Principal role, you will lead organizational strategy and operating model design for multinational clients, translating strategy into actionable structures and governance. You work within Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy practice to shape transformational programmes and guide leadership through change. You’ll operate on complex engagements, driving value through design, analytics and governance. This is a high-impact position that combines thought leadership with hands-on delivery at scale.

• Design and roll out organizational health checks and diagnostics
• Analyze links between leadership, structure, talent, and culture
• Articulate cases for change and coach leaders to champion and drive it
• Develop change management plans
• Scope and lead transformation interventions using organizational design, analytics, process review, and strategy implementation
• Manage engagement delivery including client satisfaction, project scope, quality, and profitability
• Build and lead collaborative engagement teams and coach team members




• Facilitate workshops with leaders up to Board level and balance stakeholder needs
• Act as relationship manager for at least one large, potentially international client
• Support translation of strategic direction into organizational constructs and capabilities
• Lead QA/peer review for transformation interventions
• Define and scope solution architecture for transformation opportunities as lead or contributor
Responsabilidades
• 7–10+ years of relevant consultancy or senior client HR/OD experience in complex/high-impact settings
• Significant experience delivering large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation for multinational organizations
• Proven change management and project leadership xqbhyrx experience
• Track record of sales and developing existing accounts in transformation/strategy
• Strong business acumen and ability to advise senior executives across industries
• Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development, and organizational design
• Experience applying analytics to large-scale interventions
• Financial literacy and cross-country/geography exposure
• Industry exposure across Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, Public Services
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with organizational analytics tools
