The contract will be within the framework of a Neuroscience research project using fiber photometry in freely-moving mice aimed at studying how antidepressant treatment alters brain neuromodulatory signals.Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPerform animal surgery for AAV deliveryConduct fiber photometry recordings and behavior in freely-moving miceSimultaneous recordings of brain signaling molecules via fluorescent biosensorsHistological analysis of brain tissueData analysis and interpretationCommunication of resultsKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDegree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fieldPassion for Neuroscience research with a focus on psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disordersCommitted to pursue a Ph D in Neuroscience, Biomedicine, or related by applying to private and public doctoral fellowshipsIndependent, critical thinking and problem‑solving attitudeExcellent communication and teamworkResearch integrityAccreditation to perform experiments in laboratory mice (FELASA or similar)Experience with mouse surgeries, manipulationExperience in brain histology (intracardial perfusion, IHC and sm FISH)Coding experience (Matlab/python)What We OfferNumber of available positions: 1Working conditions:Full time (37.5 hours/week), 1‑year initial contractOpen‑ended contract for scientific and technical activities, linked to the project and budget asures to reconcile work and family life (parental leave, versátil schedule working hours,
