As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will not only recruit amazing people, but also support the business growth and uphold our values.You will work with a TA Lead and manage the whole recruitment cycle (planning, marketing, selection and interviewing) for a variety of roles across different functions and locations. You will collaborate with stakeholders from both local and international teams and constantly improve our talent attraction strategies to ensure that we provide a fast, friendly and equitable recruitment process.What you will doRecruit diverse talent for various roles across FDJ UNITED global officesDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates through various channels (e.G., social media, networking, referrals,



etc.)Coordinate with the integral people team on talent acquisition activitiesWork with the People Experience team and aim to improve and scale our recruiting processesImplement talent marketing trends and work across employer branding to design campaigns and events to attract top talentAnalyse metrics to understand hiring patterns and measure the effectiveness of all attraction tools such as job boards and social mediaAssist hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle, ensuring quality and timely selection decisionsProvide hiring training to internal stakeholders and mentor junior staff membersLead and contribute to internal People and TA projects locally and globallyDevelop and sustain talent pools for future hiring needsEnsure data quality and accuracy throughout the recruitment processAlign with the team's strategy and goals to enhance performance and outcomesCompliance obligationsEnsure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your roleIdentify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line managerChallenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the GroupComplete all mandatory compliance training assigned to youReach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclearWhat have you doneHave relevant experience within a talent acquisition team,



ideally supporting an international and fast paced organisationBroad understanding of how technology and automation can improve recruitment processes with a willingness to strive for improvementSelf-driven and quality orientedAbility to build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their individual teams needs and the technical specifics of each roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills in English languageAbility to use and understand the potential of social media and sourcing platforms (e.G.
