With 450+ employees across 4 continents and $20 B+ in loans originated, we are looking for a motivated IT Specialist based in Spain to support our growing, globally distributed team.ResponsibilitiesIT Support & User Operations: Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting (hardware, software, network) for local and remote integral users. Manage onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and maintain Windows/mac OS endpoints.Cloud & Saa S Administration: Assist with operational support in AWS (IAM, EC2, S3), Google Workspace, and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, MFA, access controls).Documentation: Create and maintain internal runbooks, user-facing knowledge base articles, and document recurring technical issues.ProfileExperience: 1–2 years in IT support, cloud operations, or systems administration.Remote Support: Proven experience assisting global users via ticketing systems, chat, and video calls.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Windows and/or mac OS environment support.Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, strong documentation habits,
