As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent a leading premium international brand in the Duty Free area, delivering an outstanding shopping experience while helping travelers discover products that best suit their needs.
What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with international travelers and drive sales.
- Represent a premium general brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and outstanding customer service.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Create memorable shopping experiences for customers from around the world.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or any customer-facing commercial role is essential.
- A sales-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English is required (the interview will be conducted in English).
- German is a strong advantage.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week , on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday .
- A dynamic, multicultural workplace where you'll interact with travelers from all over the world.
