We are now hiring a Dutch-speaking Renewal Specialist to join the team in Málaga (hybrid) . You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment where you’ll drive renewals, strengthen customer relationships, and showcase your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

What you’ll do

As a Renewal Specialist, you will:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Convert renewal leads into qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline by assessing key criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across industries to identify needs and potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand customers’ current Microsoft license positions and promote Microsoft’s cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Solution Specialists, PCM, TCM, CE) to ensure renewals close on time and meet customer needs.

What we’re looking for

You’re a great fit if you:





- Are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with advanced English .
- Have 2+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and a passion for cloud technology.
- Understand the IT industry and can quickly learn new products and business solutions.
- Can identify customer needs and deliver compelling, tailored pitches.
- Are driven by achievement and success.
- Have experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 (preferred).

It’s a plus if you:

- Have experience in technical sales or presales .
- Hold a degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering (Bachelor or Master).

- Base salary: €25,000 gross/year + up to €4,800 gross/year in variable bonus.
