- Keeps buffet and salad bar clean.
- Ensures buffet is correctly stocked.
- Rotates and refills crocks and lettuce bowls when half full.
- Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
- Responsible for completing opening and/or closing checklists.
- Other duties as assigned by Company Management.

- Sets up and breaks down salad bar.
- Monitors product needs and coordinates with kitchen.
- Keeps buffet and salad bar clean.
- Ensures buffet is correctly stocked.
- Rotates and refills crocks and lettuce bowls when half full.
- Manages hold times.
- Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
- Responsible for completing opening and/or closing checklists.
- Other duties as assigned by Company Management.

Requirements

- One-year of restaurant experience preferred.

Skills And Characteristics Required

- Must be organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.




- A strong ability to immediately comprehend and carry out a project with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel, and have the ability to lift bus pans and trays weighing up to 20 pounds.
