Responsibilities

- Executing preventive maintenance routines on main marine engines to prevent operational failures.
- Diagnosing mechanical breakdowns accurately and carrying out necessary repairs.
- Inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining various electrical systems onboard.
- Servicing auxiliary systems to support overall vessel functionality.
- Inspecting structural components of the boat and completing necessary structural repairs.
- Performing essential conservation and protective treatments to maintain hull and surface integrity.

Requirements

- Academic background:



Completed intermediate vocational training (Cicle formatiu de formació professional de grau mitjà) specializing in marine mechanics or equivalent technical studies.
- Professional experience: At least 24 months (2 years) of documented experience in mechanical diagnostics and maintenance work.
- License: A valid Category B driving license.
- Practical problem-solving capabilities, precise attention to detail, and a focus on maintaining safety standards on the job.

Contract and Location

- Clear work schedule: Full-time employment with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00.
- Location: Palma, Mallorca.
- Remuneration: Gross annual salary of €21,000.
- Contract conditions: Discontinuous fixed contract (fijo discontinuo) with an initial 5-month duration, beginning on June 12, 2026, with the option for extension.
