Are you an experienced electrician looking for a long-term role in Mallorca? An established electrical installations company is seeking a qualified Lead Electrician in Palma to work on growing solar energy projects across the island. In this position, you will play a key role in setting up and commissioning photovoltaic installations, working full-time with a permanent contract starting August 1, 2026.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Mounting mounting structures and connecting solar panels
- Performing complete electrical installations and system commissioning
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints
- Supervising electrical work on construction sites
- Maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety and active teamwork

What you need to bring:

- Intermediate vocational qualification in electrical engineering (Grau Mitjà)
- At least 24 months of relevant experience in the field
- Spanish language proficiency at level B2




- A valid Category B driving license
- Residency in Mallorca and availability to travel to job sites across the island
