Factorial is seeking a Strategy Associate for the Spanish Market to help scale the Strategy team and design scalable processes across partnerships. You will coordinate with multiple teams to implement initiatives and build tracking systems for visibility and data-driven decisions.
The idóneo candidate has 2–3 years in strategy roles, a degree from a top-tier school, and strong English/Spanish skills. Experience with SaaS ecosystems and CRM tools is a plus.
