Nivoda is seeking a Senior Customer Support Executive to ensure an exceptional journey for retailers across Europe. You will handle live chat, WhatsApp, and email, resolve logistics and order issues, and act as the voice of the customer to internal teams.
You will onboard and train new joiners, coach colleagues, adapt to a fast-scale environment, and collaborate cross-functionally. Fluency in English, Italian and French is required; Spanish is a plus.
