In this role, you will autonomously take charge of preparing authentic Indian dishes, bringing rich flavors and high culinary standards to guests in Calviá. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Autonomous preparation and cooking of classic Indian culinary specialties, including curries, biryanis, naan, sauces, and marinades.
- Efficient organization and execution of daily mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels of raw materials, key ingredients, and essential spices.
- Ensuring strict compliance with food safety, sanitary regulations, and kitchen hygiene standards at all times.

What you bring to the table:

- A minimum of 36 months (3 years)



of practical professional experience cooking Indian cuisine.
- The ability to work independently, manage your workstation, and deliver consistent quality.
- Comprehensive knowledge of traditional Indian spice combinations, marinades, and preparation methods.
- High attention to detail, kitchen organization, and hygiene discipline.

What the employer offers:

- An indefinite (permanent) full-time employment contract providing long-term job security.
- An attractive annual gross salary of €30,000, distributed as €2,500 gross per month with prorated extra payments.
- Full-time working hours structured in a split shift from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00, with rest days to be defined together with the company.
