Perk in Barcelona is seeking a motivated first-time manager to step into the SDR Team Lead role for the Italian Growth Markets. You will coach and support a team of 8 outbound SDRs, shaping strategies and processes to drive pipeline and hit targets, in collaboration with the SDR Manager and Head of Sales Development.
You will lead weekly 1:1s, develop talent, and design engaging training programs, while becoming an expert on Perk's products to deliver value to prospects.
