Main responsibilities

- Act as the main operational point of contact for customers
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to resolve inquiries or incidents
- Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs
- Carry out important communications: reports, operational changes, updates, etc
- Perform monitoring and corrections on scoring and metrics (picking errors...)
- Create and present operational reports on the performance of your clients
- Operations and coordination with the warehouse
- Coordinate with the warehouse team product inflows, B2B shipments, stock audits, etc
- Inform and coordinate regarding the campaigns of your assigned clients




- Coordinate operational priorities and guarantee the efficient use of resources
- Communicate the specific needs and requirements of each client to the logistics team
- Solve problems in real time, escalating when necessary to avoid service interruptions

Core skills/experience

- Previous experience in account management, customer service, logistics or the eCommerce sector
- Knowledge in logistics operations (warehouse, stock management, B2B shipments)
- Communication skills to interact with clients
- Ability to interpret metrics and prepare operational reports
- Results orientation with attention to detail
