Guest Service Agent – REMS

This full‑time on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

- Guide guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).
- Welcome guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check‑in).
- Offer additional services (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc.).
- Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions, food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.
- Cover the reception of guests in our office.
- Communicate with Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on specific operational needs.

Conditions and Benefits

- Location: Malaga historic center/Soho/Torremolinos/Malaga airport (depending on company needs).
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, 1 hour break; mostly/all evening shifts. Possibility of part‑time starting from 25 hours per week.
- Contract: Permanent employment with a trial period.
- Days off: 2 days per week.
- Salary: €20,500–25,000 annually.
- Great career potential in the rental department.

Qualifications





- Good writing and spelling in English and Spanish (French or other languages a plus).
- Reactive, adaptive, improvisational ability while facing issues.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of Andalusia (restaurants, cultural sites, activities).
- Experience as a receptionist in a hotel or Airbnb accommodation a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field a plus.
- Driving licence a plus.
