This role is aimed at students or recent graduates with an international profile and, in particular, a fluent command of Mandarin Chinese and Spanish, as the successful candidate will be in constant contact with the head office in China and will work closely with the Iberia team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with communication and coordination with the head office in China.
- Supporting the management of external suppliers and general services.
- Assisting with the tracking and filing of administrative documentation.
- Basic management and control of invoices and coordination with the finance department.
- Supporting day-to-day operational and logistical tasks within the office.
