Are you passionate about developing new solutions and systems within the Space industry? We are looking for a Satellite System Engineer for joining a team that is building a new communications LEO constellation.

We are a Spain-based space engineering company. We design satellite communications systems and build the software behind them, for customers across the European Union. We are starting work on a new LEO broadband constellation, and we are looking for the engineer who will own it at satellite system level.

This is the constellation seen from the operator's chair. You will contribute to its definition, technically and operationally. You will:

- Define and trade the constellation architecture: altitude, planes, phasing, coverage, spares, build-up
- Own the end-to-end link budgets, frequency plan and constellation capacity
- Contribute to the operations concept: gateways, handover, latency, availability, degraded modes
- Hold the system requirements baseline and flow it down.
- Represent the satellite system in reviews.

You probably have:





- an MSc or PhD in aerospace, telecom or physics;
- 7+ years in satcom with real system-level scope;
- hands-on time with STK, GMAT, FreeFlyer or Orekit; MATLAB or Python; and working knowledge of ECSS.
- NGSO constellation experience and ITU regulatory exposure are what will make your application stand out.

Our projects are agile and innovative and require a combination of solid technical knowledge and skills, personal initiative and teamwork. You will enjoy it if you are comfortable with surpassing challenges and learning every day.

The position is permanent and full-time. Be ready to enjoy working in Madrid, but also to travel from time to time across Europe and overseas.

Working language is English. Spanish is very much welcome but not a strict must.
