About the Position

Our client is an innovative international materials technology company transforming the packaging industry with a breakthrough bio-based material designed to replace conventional plastics.

We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the United Kingdom, the Nordic countries and France. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in creating new markets, developing strategic partnerships and supporting the commercialisation of a truly disruptive sustainable technology.

- Develop new business opportunities across the UK, Nordic countries and France.
- Build long‑term relationships with packaging converters, paper manufacturers and integral consumer brands.
- Manage complex customer development projects from initial contact through technical validation to commercial agreement.
- Work closely with the R&D; and technical teams based in Valencia.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Travel regularly across your territory and visit the Valencia headquarters every two weeks.

Profil recherché :





- Experience in Business Development, Technical Sales or Key Account Management within an industrial B2B environment.
- Background in packaging, paper, specialty chemicals, polymers, industrial materials or manufacturing.
- Fluent French and English are essential.
- Conversational Spanish is highly desirable.
- Experience managing consultative sales processes and long technical sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for developing entirely new markets rather than selling established products.
- Nice to Have
- Experience within a scale‑up or high‑growth international business.
- Technical understanding of sustainable materials or innovative industrial products.
- Existing network within the packaging, paper or specialty materials industries.
