- The Senior PSCM will coordinate supply chain management activities for large projects and tenders within Hitachi Energy's Grid & Power Quality Solutions at the ESOPC in Madrid, Spain.
- The role ensures SCM intelligence is applied to tenders to improve competitiveness, minimize procurement risks, and secure proper handover to execution teams.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of project SCM experience with 3-5 years supporting tender-stage activities, and full professional fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, general technical knowledge of project-based industries, and the ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional environments are required.

At Hitachi Energy, we are establishing and developing an Operation Center of Excellence in Madrid, Spain (ESOPC)



within the Grid & Power Quality Solutions business in Europe (HBUEU).

How you'll make an impact:

- Coordinate SCM activities for large projects within the HBU EU organization during the tender stage.
- Ensure SCM intelligence and expertise are leveraged in each tender opportunity.
- Contribute directly to the competitiveness of Hitachi Energy's offer to customers.
- Identify and minimize potential procurement risks during the tender stage.
- Ensure a proper SCM handover from tender to execution teams.
- Transfer lessons learned and best practices from previous projects to new ones.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your background

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in general SCM activities within project business & 3-5 years of experience supporting or being involved in SCM during the tender stage.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- General technical knowledge of project-based industries (energy, oil & gas).
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
- Full professional fluency in English.
