Задачи

- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and identify areas for product improvement
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality product features
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the product experience
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high standards
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, aligning teams on progress and priorities
- Shape features used by thousands of customers as part of JOIN’s European product development efforts

Требования

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 Years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS or technology products




- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Google BigQuery, Amplitude, JIRA, or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum product development frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Ability to understand and define technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to create impactful products
- Nice to have: SaaS or technology product experience
