Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Culinary Tour Guide based in the San Sebastian area. The Culinary Tour Guide will lead small groups of travelers on immersive food tours, showcasing Thessaloniki's local cuisine, its history, and cultural significance. Responsibilities include delivering engaging narratives about culinary traditions, providing exceptional customer service,



managing group logistics, and working collaboratively to create memorable experiences for participants.

Qualifications

- Experience in Guided Tours and storytelling to lead engaging and informative culinary-focused tours
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build connections with diverse groups and provide outstanding experiences
- Knowledge of local History, culture, and food traditions, especially within the Thessaloniki region
- Familiarity with Sales techniques and the ability to promote additional services or products during tours
- Passion for food, local culture, and community engagement
- Fluency in English with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of group dynamics and schedules
