Your Tasks

- Architect, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable features across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (PHP/Laravel).
- Implement new tools and pages for our platform, ensuring a modern UX/UI for millions of monthly users.
- Improve system performance, SEO, and scalability, enhancing both backend architecture and frontend delivery.
- Enhance our ElasticSearch engine for relevant job-matching experiences.
- Work directly with the CTO and alongside product, design, and engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices, SOLID principles, and testing standards.

Who You Are





- 3+ years of professional fullstack development experience in an agile environment.
- Proven expertise in PHP/Laravel, with strong knowledge of system optimization, scalability, and architecture.
- Solid experience with React.js and Next.js for building scalable, performant web interfaces.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Experience with ElasticSearch (or OpenSearch) for large-scale search systems.
- Skilled in JavaScript and CSS-in-JS tools.
- Familiar with cloud environments (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Cypress.
- Fluent in English (C1+ level) with excellent communication skills.
- Completed BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
