Technical Co-Founder & CTO – AI Product for YUBE

I believe that within ten years, mental training will be as normal as physical training.

We focus heavily on training our bodies, but far less on training our ability to deal with stress, performance pressure, self-doubt and loss of focus.

I want to change that.

That is why I am building YUBE.

YUBE is an AI platform that creates hyper-personalised mental training sessions based on what someone truly needs in that specific moment. No generic meditation or standard content, but guidance that adapts to the individual, their context and their goal.

The ambition is clear: to make mental training so personal that it becomes accessible and relevant to millions of people.

Where is YUBE today?

YUBE already has:

- a clear vision and mission;
- a working MVP: https://yube.coach
- a first version of its own AI Experience Engine;
- initial user validation;
- input from psychologists, coaches, researchers and elite sports professionals;
- a clear B2B go-to-market strategy.

I am not looking for an employee.

I am looking for a technical co-founder who wants to join me as CTO and help build the foundations of YUBE.

Who am I looking for?

You are technically strong, but you think beyond technology alone.

Perhaps you are currently a Tech Lead, CTO, AI Engineer, senior software developer or tech entrepreneur. Perhaps you have already built a digital or AI-driven product and feel that the time has come to take a seat at the wheel yourself.

You do not need to be an AI researcher or a specialist in every technical domain. But you do need enough technical depth to:

- build and prototype hands-on;
- design YUBE’s software and AI architecture;
- integrate LLMs, APIs, voice technology and other AI components intelligently;
- critically assess technical choices;
- take the product from MVP to a reliable and scalable platform.

I am also looking for someone with a strong product mindset.



Someone who asks not only, “Can we build this?” but also, “Does this genuinely solve the right problem?”

What matters to me

- genuine commitment to YUBE’s mission;
- experience in software development and digital products;
- practical experience with AI products, LLM applications or generative AI;
- a strong understanding of software architecture, API integrations and scalability;
- a strong product mindset and a feel for user experience;
- entrepreneurship and ownership;
- critical thinking;
- a hands-on approach and the ability to experiment quickly;
- being comfortable with uncertainty and change.

Experience with SaaS, personalisation technology, voice AI, text-to-speech or audio-first products is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.

What can you expect?

You will join at an early stage and fundamentally help shape how YUBE evolves.

You will take the lead on technology, but you will also help build the product, strategy, customer base and growth. We will work as a founding team: with openness, clear communication, shared responsibility and the ambition to build something both meaningful and scalable.

There is currently no fixed salary attached to the role. We will invest together in YUBE’s further development, with co-ownership and shared entrepreneurship as the starting point. We will discuss the specific collaboration and equity structure transparently, based on commitment, responsibility and added value.
