YOUR ROLE • Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients • Manage reservation requests and promote upgrade opportunities • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels • Contribute to a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Native or bilingual French and C1 level of English (minimum) • Previous experience in customer service and sales • Hospitality or tourism background is a plus • Based in Málaga or willing to relocate • Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset WHAT WE OFFER • Salary: €1,635.33/month • Initial 5-month contract with possibility of extension • Full-time position (39 hours/week)
