The Program Delivery Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment delivery across complex client portfolios. Based in Madrid, this role operates within a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence three days per week and flexibility to visit client locations as needed. The position combines operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to ensure high-quality service, strong performance against SLAs and KPIs, and continuous improvement.

The manager leads recruitment teams, manages client relationships, and drives innovation in sourcing and delivery strategies, leveraging strong analytical capabilities and experience across the Spanish market in multiple industries. They are accountable for overall program health, profitability, and the development of scalable workforce solutions. Success in this role is measured through the achievement of client-specific KPIs and SLAs, year-over-year account growth and profitability targets, and the delivery of positive Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Your responsibilities

- Design and implement workforce solutions aligned with client goals and market conditions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and provide executive-level insights.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage client escalations swiftly and professionally, maintaining confidence and positive engagement.

Recruitment Delivery

- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Align Talent Acquisition Partners to client specializations and forecast resource needs.
- Drive sourcing innovation and optimize attraction channels.
- Monitor and improve candidate experience and satisfaction.
- Partner with the Programme Delivery Director to align delivery performance with strategic objectives.

Operational Excellence

- Manage budgets and profitability targets across client programs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market intelligence to inform decisions.




- Track and report on operational metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to deliver accurate and timely performance dashboards
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, audit standards, and operational policies.
- Support bids and proposals with strategic input and delivery expertise.
- Lead an international team of recruiters on one of our Manufacturing programs.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Set and review team objectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and drive engagement.
- Make decisions on hiring, terminations, and merit adjustments.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous development.

Required skills

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of recruiting experience; 2+ years in team leadership.
- Proven success in managing complex client relationships and recruitment programs.
- Experience managing International teams
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS platforms, and market dynamics.
- Experience in budget management and operational forecasting.
