It develops and manages IT infrastructures for Lidl, Kaufland, Schwarz Production, and PreZero, while also supporting companies across Europe with digital transformation through Cloud, Cyber Security, Data & AI, Communication, and Workspace services.

Задачи

- Develop and extend HIVEconnect, an ETL broker that maps HL7 FHIR R4 resources into openEHR Compositions using the openFHIR mapping engine and persists them in EHRbase; Design and implement additional FHIR resource types, including Observation, Procedure, Encounter, and Medication, with their respective ETL processes; Contribute to the HIVEPRO Portal backend and implement endpoints for cohort management, query handling, and researcher project workflows; Write test automation with JUnit 5, Mockito, and related tools; Improve quality and the CI/CD test suite using GitHub Actions; Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions; Maintain clean abstractions across a multi-module Java codebase; Work with the DevOps team to containerize and deploy services using Docker, Helm,



and Kubernetes; Ensure services are observable through structured logging, metrics endpoints, and appropriate health probes; Engage with healthcare data standards and collaborate with clinical informatics specialists on semantic mappings; Evolve the system data model by writing and reviewing schema migrations; Maintain PostgreSQL performance.

Требования

- Solid production experience with Java and Spring Boot dependency injection, security, REST APIs, async processing, and testing; Understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and experience developing performant ETL processes or equivalent hands-on use; Experience with relational databases, including schema design, JPA/Hibernate, migrations, and query performance; Clear communication in English; Curiosity, self-direction, and willingness to tackle difficult problems independently; Nice to have: HL7 FHIR R4, openEHR, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, German.
