Задачи

- Own Retake's pricing strategy across subscriptions, paywalls, trials, discounts, and geo-specific offers;
- Design and run pricing and monetization experiments to improve conversion, ARPU, and long-term revenue;
- Use data and qualitative insight to understand how value perception differs across markets;
- Lead Retake's localization strategy beyond translation toward true market adaptation;
- Build scalable processes and quality standards for localization;
- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets with growth and marketing teams;
- Propose and drive market-specific product ideas, including features, flows, and positioning changes;
- Measure success at a market level and iterate based on results;
- Turn learnings from pricing, localization, and market expansion into reusable best practices;
- Share insights and frameworks with product, growth, and leadership teams across Codeway;
- Act as a reference point for monetization and localization topics across the organization.

Требования





- 2+ Years of experience working with data and analysis, using funnels, cohorts, experiments, and metrics to understand and improve user behavior;
- Experience with pricing, monetization, growth, or experimentation problems;
- Analytical rigor and creativity in pricing, paywalls, and value perception;
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, data, growth, and marketing teams;
- Clear communication with different stakeholders;
- Ownership mindset and ability to drive change;
- Nice to have: experience with subscription products, gaming economies, or data-heavy consumer apps, exposure to localization, international expansion, or market-specific product work, familiarity with experimentation frameworks or A/B testing, experience with AI-powered or creative tools.
