In this role you lead the evolution of our treasury technology landscape across Europe, aligning systems with our finance transformation agenda.

You partner with Finance, BPT, Tax, Audit, Legal, Shared Services, and external partners to deliver a secure, scalable treasury operating model.

You manage governance, system enhancements, and complex projects while supporting day-to-day treasury operations.

You will drive standardisation, data integrity, and connectivity across regions to enable improved controls and efficiency.

This is a hands-on transformation role at scale, offering meaningful impact on how treasury operates across Europe.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Act as the European Treasury and Treasury Accounting system administrator, handling user support, issue resolution, and escalation with providers
• Lead treasury technology projects including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Serve as the primary Treasury contact for Quantum and its integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other systems
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across regional treasury operations
• Ensure data integrity with robust controls, governance, and approval processes
• Partner with internal tech teams and external providers to manage treasury connectivity (banking platforms, SWIFT, Bloomberg, Finastra, etc)




• Contribute to target operating model development by aligning regional treasury processes
• Manage treasury system budgets and consulting spend; provide leadership with reporting and insights
• Coordinate quarterly SOX system controls and governance compliance
• Create and maintain system documentation, guides, and knowledge resources; arrange effective backup support
• Lead the European SWIFT KYC process and support treasury risk and control activities

Responsabilidades
• 7–10 years of corporate treasury experience with strong exposure to TMS and banking ops
• Hands-on experience with FIS Quantum (admin, configuration, deployments)
• Strong knowledge of treasury processes, cash management, treasury accounting, and controls
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably SAP and SAP S/4HANA, and system integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Proven project management capability delivering complex systems or transformation initiatives
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Comfort engaging with external partners, consultants, banking providers, and tech vendors
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
• Desirable: experience with FIS Integrity and FIS Trax
