In this role you will identify and scale automation across Golden Record and governance operations, designing RPA/AI solutions to streamline product data tasks.

You will partner with IT to embed automation within pipelines and build dashboards to monitor data quality and governance.

You’ll apply AI/ML for quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and completeness scoring within the framework.

This role combines hands-on technical work with cross-functional collaboration to reduce manual governance workload and drive scalable processes.

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across Golden Record and governance operations
• Design, build, and deploy RPA/AI solutions (Python, UiPath/Power Automate, Databricks notebooks) to automate product data tasks
• Apply AI/ML techniques to support data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and completeness scoring within the Critical Attribute Framework
• Partner with IT to embed automation without duplicating governance logic inside pipeline code




• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards (Power BI) for the Quality u0026 Monitoring stream
• Document and hand over automated processes to enable maintenance and scaling beyond a single person
• Track emerging RPA/AI tooling and recommend adoption where it reduces manual governance workload

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of experience building RPA/automation solutions (UiPath, Power Automate, Python)
• 2+ years applying AI/ML to data quality, matching, or anomaly detection
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks) and SQL
• Understanding of master/product data governance concepts
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools
• Automotive, aftermarket, or manufacturing industry experience a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical automation into business value
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
