Experteer Overview
As part of the Global B4SI team, you advise and support client companies across APAC, the Americas and Europe from the UK base.

You’ll help clients apply B4SI frameworks to maximise societal impact, onboard new users, and contribute to advisory projects and network management.

You’ll build relationships with a diverse international client portfolio and support growth through events and business development.

Your work drives social impact outcomes for global organisations while engaging with a collaborative, cross-border network.

This role offers meaningful impact, network exposure and opportunities to shape social impact practices across industries.

• Build relationships with an international client portfolio and help clients achieve social impact objectives using B4SI frameworks and tools
• Maintain regular contact with clients, update them on events and developments, and deepen engagement
• Onboard new clients with inductions and establish positive relationships
• Support network growth through participation in business development and calls with prospective members
• Project manage and lead specialist elements in client offer development,



including delivery of Data Assurances and advisory services
• Deliver thought leadership by coordinating and contributing to events, blogs and papers related to the B4SI network

Responsabilidades
• Experience in a client-facing role with a track record in social impact knowledge
• Strong understanding of ESG/Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability with focus on Social Impact
• Excellent written and oral communication and ability to present to all levels
• Good project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bias for action and ability to work independently toward staged goals
• Proficient in Excel and Power

Point for data handling and presentations
• Experience tracking, analyzing and reporting on account satisfaction, retention and growth
• EU language skills preferable, especially Spanish
