As Associate Director, OE Continuous Improvement Lead, you will shape the global CI culture and capability within One OE.

You’ll design learning paths and coaching approaches to grow Lean capabilities across our manufacturing network.

You’ll drive cultural transformation by embedding coaching, servant leadership and structured problem solving.

This role offers the chance to lead large-scale change across markets and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver sustainable performance improvements.

• Lead the global CI Culture u0026 Capability pillar within the One OE System
• Develop enterprise-wide learning pathways, capability frameworks and coaching approaches
• Champion Lean methodologies including Kaizen, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping and performance routines
• Coach senior leaders and help teams move from firefighting to structured problem solving
• Design and deploy global train-the-trainer programmes and capability-building solutions
• Embed coaching, servant leadership and CI behaviours across the organisation
• Create systems for best-practice sharing, learning and capability development across markets




• Partner with business leaders to drive sustainable cultural and performance transformation

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, Continuous Improvement, manufacturing transformation or organisational capability development
• Proven success leading large-scale Lean or culture transformation programmes across multiple sites, regions or countries
• Strong knowledge of Lean management systems, coaching, problem solving and performance improvement methodologies
• Experience developing capability frameworks, learning programmes and leadership development initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across complex matrix organisations
• A passion for developing people, building capability and creating lasting cultural change
• Lean/Six Sigma certification desirable
• Coaching, facilitation or leadership development certification advantageous
• TPM, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or equivalent OE system experience beneficial
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Organisational Development or a related discipline
