- Shop floor(Production line) Management
- Establish, Review and management of Production Standard
Documents (PFMEA, Control Plans and Work Standards)
- Setting Production Line KPI Standards and Analyzing on a
Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Basis
- Improving Production Line Efficiency
(Cycle Time, Breakdown, Productivity, etc)
- Production System Management (MES, ERP, WCT, etc.)
- Management of Production Performance and Other Production
Indicators (Report Writing, Improvement Management)
- Management of materials input into the production line
- Process Capability Analysis or Improvement (e.g., 6 Sigma, TRIZ)
- Production operator Training Management
- Purchasing in Production Consumables and Investment
- 3S 5S Management
- Office Personnel Management (Managerial Positions)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 until 17:00 Fridays: 8:00 to 14:00
Requirements:
Minimum 5years experience on production field
Report writing skills
ERP(SAP) and MES experience and strong analytical abilities
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degrees related field preferred
